During his career he has established a proven track record of success helping organizations achieve their goals. His approach includes a strong orientation toward business results and a leadership style that is focused on enabling team success.
While at various private investment firms Keith was responsible for managing equity derivative portfolio risk, overseeing daily operations of the exchange traded derivatives business and maintaining effective relationships with trading desks and brokers.
In his personal time he enjoys activities with his family and friends. Keith is a valuable and welcome addition to SESCO’s trading business.
Prior to joining SESCO, Greg served 15 years with Allegheny Energy in various roles. Greg began his career as a Planning Engineer with the responsibility of planning and budgeting for area power growth including locating substation and transmission lines. In 1999, Greg moved into Allegheny’s startup Retail Sales group where he was initially a Sales Manager and subsequently a Deal Structurer responsible for all components of retail pricing. In 2001, Greg managed a team whose primary responsibility was for costing Allegheny’s generation and transitioning the costing strategies into the newly formed PJM West environment.
In 2002, Greg managed the Allegheny generation dispatch operations where he optimized generation revenues, balancing reserve costs and cycling costs for the generation fleet. During the last three years, Greg managed Allegheny’s markets modeling team responsible for the generation business’ net revenue forecasting, structuring wholesale transactions, and modeling of Allegheny’s generation offer and load bidding strategies.
Greg Riley is a graduate of the Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. We look forward to Greg's ongoing success with SESCO.
